Iara dos Santos

Has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Politécnica (Maputo, Mozambique), a Master in Human Resources Management from ISEG and is a PhD candidate in Economic and Organizational Sociology also at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management. Her line of research focuses on employment and labor market issues in Maputo (Mozambique). She was a lecturer in the course of Management and Finance (Higher Institute of Transport and Communications - Maputo, Mozambique). For over 10 years he has been developing a career in banking, as a professional in the area of Human Resources.
